What happens once I upload my quote?

Simply use the form above to upload a copy of your renewal. You can attach a PDF, snap a quick photo, drop in a screenshot, or simply forward the email with your quote to hello@wesave.co.uk. As long as it shows your prices, contract length, supplier and site details, we’ll be able to review it properly.

What happens once my quote is submitted?

When your quote arrives, we take a full look at it within 24 hours. We break down the rates, contract terms and supplier, then look for any broker uplift that might be hidden in the price. After that, we compare it against live rates from our network of 20+ UK business energy suppliers. You’ll get a clear report showing how it stacks up – whether it’s competitive or whether there’s room to save.

Do I have to move suppliers if I use this service?

Not at all. This is purely an information check. You’re free to stay exactly where you are. If your current broker has done well for you, we’ll say so. There’s no push, no pressure – just an honest comparison so you can decide what’s best for your business.

What if you aren’t able to beat my renewal quote?

Then you’ve effectively had a second opinion for free. If the deal you’ve been offered is one of the best available, we’ll tell you straight. Sometimes a renewal really is competitive, and in those cases it’s reassuring to have that confirmed independently.

How much commission do brokers normally add?

It varies massively. There’s no standard figure across the industry and different suppliers work with different ranges. As a general warning sign, anything over 2.5p/kWh is often far higher than it needs to be. Some suppliers are known for bigger uplifts, others keep them tight. We prefer to keep ours open and reasonable so you always know what you’re paying.

Is my information kept private?

Yes – completely. Anything you send us stays between you and WeSave. We don’t pass your quote or details to any suppliers or third parties without your permission. Everything is reviewed internally and used solely to prepare your comparison.

Why aren’t all suppliers included in your comparisons?

We work closely with more than 20 major UK business energy suppliers – the ones that consistently offer solid pricing and reliable contracts. Some smaller or niche providers sit outside our panel either because their rates aren’t competitive, they only serve limited regions, or they simply don’t match the standards we expect for our customers.

What does this service cost?

Nothing at all. The quote review is free, and there’s no charge for the comparison. If you decide to switch through us, we earn a clearly disclosed commission from the supplier. If you don’t switch, that’s absolutely fine – the analysis still costs you nothing.
